Payments
50% (1st payment) in the first payment submittal.
At the end of the job, the other 50% (2nd payment) will be submitted as the final product.
After the owner's approval, if there are any changes requested by the owner it will be billed at a rate of ten dollars per hour.

a) For a single one story rendering - $195.00 USD
b) For a two story house - $250.00 USD
c) Interior Rendering - $250.00 USD
d) 3d Floor Plans - $275.00 USD
These are starting prices, and prices can vary. It all depends on the scope of the work, and the amount of details . If you send us your cad drawings, we can give you a free quote. it takes about 7 days for estimated work delivery.
